Get Fit week 5

This week went pretty well. Although I missed one day of work-out this week, I came back the next day refreshed and ready to go. I'm still having trouble giving up junk food munchies, but I am trying to get better. Needless to say, my weight isn't dropping very much, but I do feel better and more fit. How are you all doing?

I am doing good. I have lost 4 inches, 4 pounds and 3 1/2 pounds of body fat since Jan. 19th. I am pretty happy with that. especially since its "that time of the month" and I usually gain about 5 pounds..lol
